Eve Beesley graduated from the University of Salford in 2024, completing the Fine Art degree programme. Her drawing and painting practice thrives in honesty and vulnerability. Having experienced moving into adulthood as a woman from a working class background in a digital age, she shares her take on themes of sexism, loneliness, poverty, and companionship through 6B pencil and oil paints. She also has completed many commissions over the years ranging from simple pet portraits to designing and painting the headliner of a car, whilst also designing tattoos. Her work will be exhibited at the UOS degree show 2024. She achieved a grade 9 for Art and Design at GCSE and a distinction for Art and Design at A level.
